¼tspbaking soda
Liquid Mix
1tsppure vanilla extract
2tsprum extract
½cup(s)thick coconut cream(Full cream)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Liquefy the coconut cream in a small saucepan over low heat.
When the coconut cream is quite liquid and uniform, mix in the vanilla extract and the rum extract.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and mix until you get a lumpy paste.
With your hands, form and squeeze balls with a volume of one tablespoon. If desired, add grated coconut. (Optional)
Arrange the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
