INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground nutmeg
  • tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp ground clove
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all the spices thoroughly.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry pantry. This spice blend can be stored for up to 6 months, depending on the age of the spices used.
