Ingredients
 
 

Bean

  • 1 cup(s) kidney beans (en canne sans sel)

Vegetables

  • ¾ cup(s) red bell pepper
  • ¾ cup(s) shiitake mushroom
  • ½ cup(s) cucumber
  • 1 tbsp red onion

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and drain the kidney beans and reduce them to a paste using a food processor or a fork and place in a bowl.
    Manually made kidney bean paste to make a kidney bean tartar.
  • Very finely chop all the vegetables and mix them in the bowl of bean paste.
    All the healthy ingredients diced to make a kidney bean tartar.
  • Add the seasoning ingredient.
    Mixing all the ingredients to make a great kidney bean tartar.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
    Refrigerating kidney bean tartar to let the flavor infuse the bean paste.

Notes

It is recommended to use canned kidney beans preserved without salt or additives. Alternatively, you can also use dried beans that you have previously prepared yourself.
